WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Original games with a clear hook — something that stands out.
• A playable build, vertical slice, or a strong prototype. A trailer or demo helps a lot.
• Developers who fully own their game and its assets.
• Projects targeting PC/Steam — though we're open to other platforms too.
• Teams (or solo devs) who are responsive and easy to work with.

WHAT WE DON'T ACCEPT

• Games using stolen, pirated, or unlicensed assets you don't have the rights to.
• Clones, asset-flips, or games that copy another title's identity.
• Content that is illegal, hateful, or infringes someone else's intellectual property.
• Projects with unresolved ownership disputes between team members.
• Submissions that misrepresent the game's current state or your rights to it.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT — CHECKLIST

Make sure you can honestly tick every box below before filling out the form:

• I own (or have properly licensed) all IP, art, code, and music in my game.
• My game has a playable build, vertical slice, or clear prototype.
• I've gathered any links I have — trailer, demo, store page, or press kit.
• My game doesn't infringe on anyone else's intellectual property.
• I've read and agree to the legal terms below.

THE LEGAL STUFF

No Obligation: Submitting your game build or pitch materials to CHR Interactive does not create a business partnership, fiduciary relationship, contract, or distribution agreement. CHR Interactive is under no obligation to review, respond to, or accept your project.

Independent Development & Ideas: You acknowledge that CHR Interactive receives numerous pitches from various developers. You explicitly agree that you will not be entitled to any compensation, royalties, or legal recourse if CHR Interactive markets, develops, or publishes a project containing similar ideas, themes, visual styles, or mechanics to your submission.

Intellectual Property Warranties: You warrant that you are the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property, source code, art assets, music, and script files within the submitted build. You warrant that your submission does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights or patents. You agree to fully indemnify CHR Interactive from any legal costs resulting from intellectual property disputes.
